Rentals

-All rentals are picked up Thursday or Friday before the wedding and returned Sunday/Monday after the wedding.

Are we flexible regarding pick up and drop off dates? Yes! If the items are ready, pick up can be earlier as well as drop offs.

This is a pre-agreed arrangement.

If they are not returned on the specified day, a $25.00/day late fee will be charged to you. In the instance of chaircovers, $25 for every ten count.

-All rentals require a non refundable 25% deposit; Payment in full for custom items. Damage Deposit is 25% of linen total.

Cheque payments may be made if you are out of town BUT NOT for final payment if made at time of pick up. Charges for NSF cheques are $75 and will be reported

-A credit card imprint will be taken as a damage/return insurance at the time of rental pick up. If an item is damaged, you will be notified. A charge will be made to the card if no reply or attempt to pay is made.

-A La Mode recommends that you book your rentals at least 4 months in advance of your wedding, even sooner if you are getting married between June and October as these are very busy times.

-- BUT if the linens are available, we can help you however far in advance you book!

It's better to book early than risk not being able to book certain date.

Wedding Decor

Dress Black with white satin or any color to make a Elegant Stunning affair. Add Rich Damask table accents in Black and White for extra drama.

Pair Chocolate with Tiffany Blue, Rose, Toffee, Gold, Cinnamon, Cream, Hot Pink, or Sage to name a few, for a warm, rich Reception.

For Drama -- Consider taffeta chameleon's wide variety of colors Add Fuschia, Blues, Golds, Creams or Whites, Lime or Softer green... whatever you imagine and watch the room come alive.

Chair Covers

Our inventory of chaircovers include white, ivory, black, chocolate brown, pewter and claret. Our Scuba style are Wrinkle free with a touch of stretch for easy fit. Visa covers have more body but we recommend you try them on the chair first before booking. We stock two sizes in Banquet chairs and standard folding in colors. For specialty chairs such as conference or UofS Faculty Club our color selection is limited at this time. Folding and Plastic bucket stacking chair covers are available in white, ivory, black and brown.

Satin or Organza sashes...$0.75 if ordered with chair cover. Sashes only available with chair cover rental. We request that the sashes are returned bookfolded in bunches of 8 to 10 (will advise). Twisted, coiled, sashes tangled and stuffed in bags will have a restocking fee of $1 each.

A La Mode has a no wax policy. It saves damage costs that result from "creative wax art" or accidental spills. Please contact us for fuel cells to use in lieu of votives. They are 71cents each, with a burn time of 8 hours.

If items are returned with wax, stains, heat damage from flame and wax ... the customers options are to take the items to a cleaner for their professional opinion and chemical cleaning method. If items are still stained, burned, faded or damaged from the process, replacment cost will still apply. Or the customer can choose to pay replacement cost from our suppliers to ensure uniformity of our inventory.
